No, but all products sold are under the original manufacturers warranty and any warranty related issues should be directed to the respective manufacturer.

If an item you ordered is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the situation.

Orders are usually processed in 1-3 days please allow this time frame for your order to be processed

No, your order can be faxed or mailed in using our order form. Send an email with ORDER FORM PLEASE in the subject and we will email the form back to you.

Orders are shipped using USPS by default. Orders can be shipped UPS by request. With UPS you can select 3-day, 2-day, or overnight delivery. Any additional shipping charges will always be confirmed. We do nor currently ship FedEx.

If an order is rejected upon delivery you will be charged a 21% restocking fee

Due to the personal nature of this industry all sales are final. Merchandise purchased with a manufacturer defect can be replaced with the same product within 10 days. Merchandise cannot be accepted for return once it has been used. All other items are non returnable. Please be aware of this policy when considering your purchase

Orders are usually shipped within 72 hours after processing has been completed.

We charge a flat rate of $5.95 per order for shipping

No, we will not start sending you emails just because you placed an order.

We will ship internationally but orders must be prepaid prior to delivery with an INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER. Please email us for an order form with mailing instructions

We are not responsible for packages damages during shipping. We recommend inspecting your package thoroughly upon delivery for any visible damage or injury to the package. Please report package damage to the delivery company within 24 hours.
